Terms and licence

What you buy

A purchase gives one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the listed digital wallpaper files. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork.

Personal use

You may install the files on your own devices, make reasonable crops or size adjustments for those devices, and keep personal backup copies.

Not permitted

• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the files or download link.
• Uploading the files to wallpaper, stock, asset, template or print-on-demand marketplaces.
• Using the artwork in client work, advertising, merchandise, logos, NFTs or other commercial products.
• Using the files or extracted elements to train, fine-tune, evaluate or populate an AI model or dataset.
• Claiming the artwork as your own or making it available for public download.

Delivery and withdrawal

Before payment, the pack contents, price, compatibility and delivery method will be shown. Immediate access will require separate, unticked controls for the express delivery request and the acknowledgement of its effect on the statutory withdrawal right. Both choices and the applicable terms will be recorded in the order confirmation.

Refunds and conformity

Change-of-mind and product-problem requests are handled under the Digital Content and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over these terms.

AI-assisted artwork

Some releases include generated or AI-assisted elements. The production disclosure is explained in the AI and Artwork Notice.
