Refunds

A downloadable pack cannot be physically returned. That does not remove your mandatory consumer remedies.

Before digital delivery begins

If a valid cancellation request reaches us before download access or delivery begins, we will cancel the order and refund the payment, subject to applicable law.

Immediate access and change of mind

At checkout, you will be asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins, where the law permits this. After that point, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

When we will put it right

If a pack is not supplied, is corrupted, incomplete, the wrong pack, or materially different from its description, we will first restore access or provide a conforming replacement without charge and without unreasonable inconvenience.

If we cannot do that within the period required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or refund. Accidental duplicate payments are refunded in full.

Requesting help

Send the order number, purchasing email and a short description of the issue to the support address shown on the receipt. Where a statutory withdrawal right still exists, an online withdrawal function will also be available. Checkout will not open until both that function and the seller’s full contact details are operational.

Refund timing

Any refund that is due will be returned to the original payment method without undue delay and generally within 14 days after it is approved or legally required.
